一、Product Description:
This equipment utilizes a vertical box-type furnace structure, primarily consisting of a frame, furnace body, lifting system, gas and water systems, and an electrical control system.
1. The frame is divided into two parts:
The first is the main frame, which houses the heating furnace, lifting mechanism, and water/air inlet and outlet ports.
The second is the control frame, which houses the electronic control and power distribution components.
2. Heating Furnace:
The heating elements are made of high-quality silicon carbon rods, and the furnace chamber is constructed of energy-saving alumina polycrystalline fiber materials, ensuring energy conservation and environmental protection.
3. Lifting Mechanism:
The lifting mechanism consists of a motor, screw, and limiters, enabling rapid lifting and lowering of the workpiece.
4. Air/Water System:
The bottom is equipped with a water/air spray mechanism, which can be connected to either a water or air source, interchangeably, to achieve rapid cooling of the bottom of the material.
The manual on/off valve and flow rate are both displayed and controlled on the touchscreen.
二、 Electrical Control System:
The electrical control system comprises a temperature control system, lifting control, and water/air spray cooling control.
2.1 Temperature Control System
The power distribution cabinet is integrated into the side of the furnace and equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen controller, intelligent PID program temperature control, and temperature calibration.
2.2 Use S-type thermocouples.
2.3 The heating element utilizes high-quality silicon carbon rods for high temperature control accuracy.
